DESCRIPTION:[English caption below] \nNgày 31/5 vừa qua\, hội nghị Agile Vietnam 2023 đã được tổ chức tại khách sạn Saigon Prince\, Tp.HCM\, với sự tham gia của gần 400 chuyên gia\, người dẫn dắt về chuyển đổi Agile & chuyển đổi số\, các lãnh đạo & quản lý của các doanh nghiệp trong nước và quốc tế. \n \n\n\nAgile Vietnam Conference là hội nghị thường niên được tổ chức bởi Cộng đồng Agile Việt Nam – tổ chức Agile phi lợi nhuận tiên phong tại Việt Nam chuyên thúc đẩy các nguyên tắc và việc thực hành phát triển Agile. \nChủ đề của hội nghị năm nay là “Business Agility” đã thu hút sự tham gia chia sẻ của hơn 40 diễn giả với 32 bài tham luận tập trung thảo luận về các chủ đề Agile Optimization\, Continuity\, Innovation\, Digital và Resilience cùng với nhiều bài học thực tế về quá trình chuyển đổi Agile của các doanh nghiệp. \nVới cách thức tổ chức theo tinh thần Agile\, 32 tham luận được trình bày đồng thời tại 4 phòng hội thảo để người tham dự có thể tự chọn chủ đề mình quan tâm\, tham gia nghe và thảo luận sôi nổi. \nBên cạnh các bài tham luận về lý thuyết và phương pháp chuyển đổi Agile và chuyển đổi số\, rất nhiều những câu chuyện thực tế sinh động về quá trình chuyển đổi Agile và chuyển đổi số tại các doanh nghiệp lớn như: MSB\, Rạng Đông\, Tyme\, VNG Corporation\, Zühlke Vietnam\, Asia PMO\, GovTech\, Titansoft\, SoftEd… cũng đã được các diễn giả chia sẻ và thảo luận sôi nổi. \nĐại diện PMI Vietnam Chapter\, ông An Le\, trưởng nhóm PP\, đã có bài phát biểu về chủ đề “Lãnh đạo nhanh nhẹn trong một Thế giới VUCA”. Bài phát biểu đã giới thiệu đến thính giả những hiểu biết về cách định hướng những thách thức của môi trường kinh doanh biến động\, không chắc chắn\, phức tạp và mơ hồ ngày nay bằng cách tiếp nhận một tư duy nhanh nhẹn. \nAgile Vietnam Conference 2023 với nội dung chuyên môn và thực tiễn phong phú\, và có sự tham gia đông đảo của cộng đồng chứng tỏ sự phổ biến và sức hút của Agile đối với doanh nghiệp Việt Nam ngày càng mạnh mẽ. Và Agile sẽ tiếp tục là xu thế tất yếu trong quá trình chuyển đổi số của các doanh nghiệp hiện nay. \n  \n\n\n\n\n[English version] \nOn May 31\, the Agile Vietnam Conference 2023 was held at Saigon Prince Hotel\, Ho Chi Minh City\, with the participation of nearly 400 experts\, leaders in Agile & digital transformation\, leaders and managers of domestic and international enterprises. \nAgile Vietnam Conference is an annual conference organized by Agile Community Vietnam – the pioneering non-profit Agile organization in Vietnam dedicated to promoting Agile development principles and practices. \nThe theme of this year’s conference is “Business Agility” which attracted the participation of more than 40 speakers with 32 presentations focused on discussing topics of Agile Optimization\, Continuity\, Innovation\, Digital and Resilience along with many practical lessons about the Agile transformation of enterprises. \nWith an agile organization\, 32 presentations were presented simultaneously in 4 conference rooms so that attendees could choose their own topics of interest\, participate in lively listening and discussion. \nIn addition to lectures on the theory and methods of Agile and digital transformation\, there are many practical stories about Agile and digital transformation at large enterprises such as: MSB\, Rang Dong \, Tyme\, VNG Corporation\, Zühlke Vietnam\, Asia PMO\, GovTech\, Titansoft\, SoftEd… were also shared and discussed enthusiastically by the speakers. \n \n\n\nRepresentative of PMI Vietnam Chapter\, Mr. An Le\, PP team leader\, delivered a presentation on the topic “Agile Leadership in a VUCA World”. The presentation introduced the audience to insights on how to navigate the challenges of today’s volatile\, uncertain\, complex and ambiguous business environment by adopting an agile mindset. \nThe Agile Vietnam Conference 2023 with professional and practical content\, and the large participation of the community proved that the popularity and attraction of Agile for Vietnamese businesses is getting stronger and stronger. And Agile will continue to be an inevitable trend in the digital transformation process of today’s businesses.
