Trong khuân khổ hoạt động của Project Professinal Team (PPTeam), hoạt động PMI Study Group là một trong những hoạt động cốt lõi của nhóm, trong năm nay chúng tôi rất vui mừng được thông báo chương trình tuyển sinh tiếp theo năm 2023:

Chương trình tự học và luyện thi chứng chỉ PMP và PMI-ACP của PMI Vietnam Chapter mang tên PMI Study Group. Chương trình này nhằm hỗ trợ và cung cấp các kỹ năng và kiến thức để các bạn có thể đạt được mục tiêu lấy chứng chỉ PMP hoặc PMI-ACP.

Chương trình này được tổ chức theo mô hình mentor hướng dẫn nhiều mentee, trong đó các mentee sẽ được tập hợp lại theo một tiêu chí nhất định, sau đó đôi ngũ PPTeam sẽ triển khai Mentor nhận và thành lập các lớp tự học. Trong lớp học này Mentor không không đứng vai trò là teacher hay instructor mà là người thổi lửa, định hướng và định hướng nhóm tự học để đạt tới kết quả là mục tiêu mà người tham gia tự học.

Đăng ký tham gia chương trình này là hoàn toàn miễn phí và được tổ chức dựa trên tinh thần đóng góp cho cộng đồng và tự nguyện tham gia của các thành viên.

Trước khi tham gia vào hoạt động, hãy chắc chắn rằng bạn biết bạn đang theo đuổi mục tiêu cụ thể của mình và cam kết tham gia học tập và tìm hiểu cùng nhóm, tôn trọng và cởi mở trong hoạt động để nâng cao hiệu quả học tập cho chính bạn và các thành viên trong nhóm.

Trong Quý 3/2023 Dự kiến sẽ triển khai các lớp như sau:

1. Lớp tự học lý thuyết PMP – 2 lớp

2. Lớp luyện thi PMP – 2 lớp

3. Lớp luyện thi PMI-ACP – 2 lớp.

Within the framework of the Project Team (PPTeam), the PMI Study Group activity is one of the core activities of the group, this year we are very pleased to announce the enrollment the next program in 2023:
The program for self-study and exam preparation for PMP and PMI-ACP certificates of PMI Vietnam Chapter is called PMI Study Group. This program is intended to support and provide the skills and knowledge you need to achieve your goal of obtaining a PMP or PMI-ACP certification.
This program is organized on one mentor-led multiple-mentees model, where mentees will be gathered according to a certain criterion, then the PPTeam will assign mentor and set up self-study classes. In this class the Mentor does not act as a teacher or instructor but as a inspirational person, and direct the self-study class to achieve the outcome that is the goal that the participant learns on their own.
Registration for this program is completely free and is organized based on the spirit of community contribution and voluntary participation of members.
Before participating in the activity, make sure you know that you are tracking your specific goals and are committed to learning and learning with the group, being respectful and open in the activity to improve efficiency study for yourself and your team members.
In Quarter 3/2023, It is expected to deploy the following classes:
1. PMP theory self-study class – 2 classes
2. PMP exam preparation class – 2 classes
3. PMI-ACP exam preparation class – 2 classes.

Chúng tôi rất vui mừng thông báo rằng PMI Vietnam Chapter đang hợp tác với BitTrain để mang đến cho bạn một chuỗi hội thảo trực tuyến sâu sắc tập trung vào các phương pháp thực hành tư duy Agile. Loạt bài này bao gồm bốn webinar dành cho tất cả mọi người và hoàn toàn miễn phí.

Trong webinar đầu tiên của loạt bài này, chúng ta sẽ thảo luận về các chủ đề thiết yếu có ý nghĩa quyết định để thành công trong thế giới Agile. Các diễn giả của chúng tôi sẽ chia sẻ chuyên môn và hiểu biết của họ về các lĩnh vực chính sau:

Xác định nhu cầu chưa được đáp ứng của khách hàng: Ông Tôn Đức Thăng Long, Giám đốc sản phẩm cấp cao của Zalo, sẽ đi sâu vào các chiến lược hiệu quả để hiểu và xác định nhu cầu của khách hàng. Có được những hiểu biết có giá trị về cách sắp xếp các sản phẩm và dịch vụ của bạn phù hợp với nhu cầu của khách hàng.

Phát triển sản phẩm để liên tục tăng trưởng doanh số bán hàng: Ông Thắng Nguyễn, Huấn luyện viên Agile tại Technology Thought, sẽ hướng dẫn bạn quy trình phát triển các sản phẩm nhằm thúc đẩy doanh số bán hàng liên tục tăng trưởng. Khám phá các cách tiếp cận sáng tạo để tăng cường các chiến lược phát triển sản phẩm của bạn.

Quản lý các bên liên quan hiệu quả trong các dự án phức tạp: Ông Đinh Văn Kiệt, Giám đốc Trung tâm Sáng tạo, Viettel Cyber Security, sẽ chia sẻ các kỹ thuật thực tế để làm việc hiệu quả với các bên liên quan trong các dự án lớn và phức tạp. Tìm hiểu cách điều hướng các thách thức và tối đa hóa sự hợp tác để dự án thành công.

Chuỗi webinar của chúng tôi sẽ được chủ trì bởi ông Hoàng Sỹ Quý, Huấn luyện viên Agile, người sẽ đảm bảo trải nghiệm suôn sẻ và hấp dẫn cho tất cả những người tham gia.
