Giới thiệu Chỉ số Khả năng Chống chịu của Tòa nhà (Building Resilience Index – BRI), một sáng kiến mới giúp tăng cường khả năng phục hồi khí hậu cho công trình xây dựng.
BRI là công cụ online (https://www.resilienceindex.org/) được tích hợp hệ thống bản đồ cảnh báo nguy cơ và một khung đánh giá khả năng chống chịu dành cho công trình xây dựng; được thiết kế để tạo điều kiện truy cập vào thông tin cảnh báo rủi ro khí hậu cho địa điểm cụ thể, cung cấp các biện pháp phục hồi để giảm thiểu rủi ro áp dụng, đồng thời giúp đánh giá khả năng phục hồi của tòa nhà. BRI giúp các bên liên quan trong lĩnh vực xây dựng, bao gồm các nhà phát triển xây dựng, tổ chức tài chính, công ty bảo hiểm và chính phủ dễ dàng đánh giá, cải thiện và tiết lộ khả năng phục hồi của các tòa nhà.

Introduction of Building Resilience Index (BRI). BRI is a web-based hazard mapping and resilience assessment framework for the building sector (https://www.resilienceindex.org/). It is designed to facilitate access to location-specific hazard information, provide resilience measures to mitigate applicable risks, and improve transparency for disclosing a building’s resilience information between sector stakeholders. BRI makes it easy for building sector stakeholders, including construction developers, financial institutions, insurers, and governments to assess, improve, and disclose the resilience of buildings.
