Kinh nghiệm 20+ năm giải quyết tranh chấp, xét xử và truy tố, từng là công tố viên hình sự và Phó cố vấn cấp cao cho nhóm chuyên trách tội phạm tài chính của Văn phòng Bộ trưởng Tư pháp (AGC) ở Singapore, lãnh đạo việc truy tố một loạt tội phạm tài chính và chịu trách nhiệm tư vấn cho chính phủ về nhiều vấn đề pháp lý.

Từng làm việc tại một trong những công ty luật lớn nhất châu Á, chuyên giải quyết các tranh chấp và trọng tài phức tạp.

Là diễn giả tại nhiều hội nghị và hội thảo quốc tế, đồng thời triển khai đào tạo về lĩnh vực kiểm soát xuất khẩu, tuân thủ và tội phạm tài chính.

Giảng dạy tại cả Đại học Quốc gia Singapore và Đại học Quản lý Singapore, đồng thời giảng dạy các khóa học do chính ông thiết kế, đó là ‘Quản lý tuân thủ và rủi ro’ và ‘Luật & thực hành chống tham nhũng quốc tế’.

Speaker: Prof V Jesudevan (Founder, CEO Tradekins)

• With nearly two decades of dispute resolution, judicial and prosecutorial experience, Jesudevan brings a wealth of expertise to the table. Prior to returning to the private sector, he was a criminal prosecutor and Deputy Senior State Counsel in the specialist financial crimes team of the Attorney-General’s Chambers (AGC) in Singapore. There, he led the prosecution of a range of financial crimes and was responsible for advising the government on a variety of legal matters.
• Jesudevan was also in one of Asia’s largest law firms, specializing in complex dispute resolution and arbitration.
• Jesudevan has presented at numerous international conferences and seminars, and provided training in the field of export controls, compliance, and financial crimes.
• He lectures at both the National University of Singapore and Singapore Management University, and teaches courses which he personally designed, namely ‘Compliance and Risk Management’ and ‘International Anti-Corruption Law & Practice’.
• A Fulbright Scholar, Jesudevan holds a Master of Laws (focusing on compliance and risk management) from New York University.
